The Grout Medic Tile and Grout Cleaning Training Program
Through our dedicated training center in Southlake, Texas, The Grout Medic delivers the most comprehensive training program in the industry, designed to help franchise owners succeed. Our national brand is built upon the qualities of superior service and superior results, so we are with you every step of the way with superior training and support for the lifetime of your business.
Franchisee training begins with a one-week program that covers all aspects of the business, from operations and customer service, to building referrals, sales and marketing, and much more. A mixture of classroom education and technical training ensures you get valuable hands-on experience using The Grout Medic tools and technology along with the business and financial skills needed to launch and maintain a Grout Medic franchise.
In addition, we arrange our training sessions to coincide with new franchise advertising. This means that while you are in training, the message about your new business is being shared to local media and customers in your community. As a result, your phone can start ringing right away, in many cases even before you return home from training.
Follow-up training is provided at your location shortly after the initial training. Our Operations Manager will work with you at your location and will accompany you on customer calls and jobs, and further assist in your business development. You will begin your business with the confidence and skills you need.
Laying the Base of a Solid Foundation
You don’t have to have a background in the grout and tile industry or a degree in business management to be a successful Grout Medic franchisee. We make sure that when your training is complete you have both the tools and the knowledge needed to begin business right away and quickly reap the rewards of this growing service industry.
